Returns Policy

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then simply return the goods, unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.  

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund (minus the cost of postage and packaging).  If goods are returned after 14 days and within 30 days of delivery we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Special orders (bespoke colours) cannot be refunded.  By making payment and committing to an order you are trusting us and our judgement to meet your requirements as best we can and accept that the result may differ slightly from your expectation.  We are confident that you will be delighted with your jewellery but if you feel the colour is far from what was agreed upon then please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we can discuss an exchange.

Commissioned pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

As a perfectionist it is part of John's ethos to make jewellery of the highest quality but in the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or it is not what you ordered you must inform the studio via email within 7 days of delivery and we will help to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.  Please take note of the care instructions provided on this site.  Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.

Goods which are thought to be faulty after this time will be treated case by case.  Please contact John to discuss the problem.
